Lt BLUE Decorative Display Country Chic HAT
Beautiful light blue decorative display hat measures 10 " inches diameter and has a blue background with a white organza overlay with silver glitter floral designs giving a wonderful 'country-chic!' look. There is light blue lace around the outside rim. Inside, around the crown are lil' ivory and blue satin rosebuds w/green leaves and a blue satin bow at the bottom.
