METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept credit card, e-check or debit cards through our secure online processor, Pay Pal. You will need to provide us with your email address to utilize this method of payment. If you pay by your credit card through PayPal, there may be a delay in handling time, until your payment clears our bank, usually 3-5 business days extra.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we accept orders from Canada, Australia, Europe and United Kingdom. You will need to pay all custom fees from your country.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Good Tidings International will ship anywhere that UPS or USPS delivers in the United States. Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number at the time your order is shipped.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number at the time your order is shipped. DELIVERY TIME
Items that are in stock normally ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Items that are not in stock normally take less than 7 business days but may take up to 14 business days to ship. Large quantities of more than listed, may take up to 30 days to handcraft before shipping. You will be notified by e-mail if there are any delays (beyond estimated ship times) in fulfilling your order.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If after inspection of your order, you no longer want an item, you may return it to us (at your expense) for a refund or replacement as long as it is within 30 days of the shipment date. The product must arrive back to us unused and in the original wrapping or container.

Credit will be given for the original purchase price less 10% restocking fee (unless the order was defective or an incorrect item was shipped). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. After a returned item has been received, it will take between 2 and 3 weeks to process. If you would like a refund, it will be returned to your original payment resource.

BACKORDERS
If your item is on backorder, you will receive an email stating this and will have the option to wait or opt out at that time. If we do not hear from you, your item will be sent when available. You will not be charged any extra cost for shipping.

CATALOG
We currently do not have a printed catalog of the products we sell. All information about the products we sell is available on our website. To keep up-to-date on changes, discontinued items, etc... you must sign up to receive our company newsletters through email.

PHONE NUMBER
Good Tidings Creations is an online web store and all service is handled through the website. You can be confident that your order will be submitted securely through using PayPal where we are a verified business. Note: Your credit card statement will read: GOODTIDINGS. Good Tidings Creations is a division of our parent company, GOOD TIDINGS INTERNATIONAL.

ORDERING BY MAIL
If you are unable to submit your order online, we will accept orders by printing our ORDER FORM and submitting it to us by mail to: Good Tidings Creations, P.O. 300404, Drayton Plains, MI 48330. Please provide your email address so that we can email you a confirmation of your order and order total. We welcome your questions, ideas and comments about the site, and our products, by using the form on the contact page.

HANDCRAFTED MATERIALS
All our products are handcrafted in the U.S.A. using the highest quality materials available. Your item may vary from photos at times according to availability of materials used in each unique creation. If that is the case, it will be stated in the description.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any information you provide to us will be used only to process your order and will never be shared with any third party.
